Overview

Welcome to Suppli’s web site. We appreciate your interest in us and understand you share our commitment to privacy. This statement tells you how we use and protect information gathered through this site. Please read it carefully.

Use of Information

This site is owned and operated by Suppli, Inc. ("Suppli") and its affiliates. Any activity on this site is subject to monitoring by Suppli at any time. Suppli routinely gathers information on web site activity, including the number of users to the site and the pages visited. No personally identifiable information is collected in this routine activity.

Portions of our web site may allow you to voluntarily provide us with personal information in order to deliver requested material, information, or services to you, respond to your questions, or enable you to place an order. Personal information is any information or data that is unique to an individual such as name, address, e-mail address, etc. Any information that you provide via our web site is used exclusively for the purpose stated and contained on the web site page.

In the ordinary course of business, we may share some personal information with companies that we hire to perform services or functions on our behalf. For example, we may use vendors to operate this site and we may use different vendors or suppliers to ship you products that you order on our web site. In these cases, we provide the vendor with information to process your order such as your name and mailing address. In all cases in which we share your personal information with a third party, we will not authorize them to disclose or share your information with others, or use it except for the purpose of providing the services we asked them to provide.

With your permission, we may contact you periodically by e-mail, mail or telephone to provide information regarding programs, products, services and content that may be of interest to you. In addition, some of the features on this web site allow you to communicate with us using an online form. If your communication requests a response from us, we may send you a response via e-mail. The e-mail response or confirmation may include your personal information, including personal information such as your name, address, etc. We cannot guarantee that our e-mails to you will be secure from unauthorized interception.

Suppli does not sell, license, transmit, or disclose personal information that you provide to us outside of Suppli and its affiliates with the following exceptions:

  • Upon your authorization
  • To fulfill orders and services
  • In conjunction with a corporate sale, merger, dissolution, or acquisition
  • When required or permitted by law
  • When necessary to protect someone’s health, safety, or welfare
  • To enforce this privacy statement or otherwise protect Suppli’s rights

In addition, we may keep and use personal information collected through this site to provide you with access to this site. We may also keep and use your information:

  • To respond to your requests
  • To create customized information which will allow us to personalize your visits to the site
  • To develop records
  • To protect our rights or property
  • To protect someone’s health, safety, or welfare

Links to other sites

This site may contain links to other web sites not operated by Suppli. These links are provided for your convenience but Suppli does not review, monitor, or control the information or the privacy policies on these sites. We are not responsible for the performance of these websites operated by third parties or for your business dealings with them.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our web site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work; others are used for analytics and advertising and are optional.

Strictly necessary

We set two first-party cookies without asking: one that records your country (and, in the United States, your state) so we can show you the cookie choices your local law provides, kept for 24 hours, and one that records the cookie choice you made, kept for 12 months so we do not ask you again. Neither contains personal information.

Analytics and advertising

With your permission where it is required, we load tools from the following providers. Each may set cookies or use similar identifiers to recognise your browser across visits and, for advertising providers, across other sites:

  • HubSpot — visitor and marketing analytics for our customer relationship management system, and our forms and meeting scheduler
  • Google — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, including conversion measurement and remarketing
  • LinkedIn — LinkedIn Insight Tag, for advertising measurement and remarketing
  • Meta — Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement and remarketing
  • ZoomInfo, Leadfeeder and Vector — identification of the company a visitor belongs to, for our sales team

Our hosting provider, Vercel, also collects aggregate page view and performance data without cookies or any cross-site identifier.

Your choices

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, none of the analytics or advertising tools load until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the Your privacy choices link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing stops the tools from loading; cookies already stored can be removed in your browser settings.

In California, the tools load when you arrive and a notice offers you the choice to opt out — see California Privacy Rights below.

Everywhere else, the tools load when you arrive. The Your privacy choices link in the footer still lets you turn them off.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect the parts of the site that rely on them, such as our forms and meeting scheduler.

California Privacy Rights

This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this statement, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").

Information we collect

Through this web site we collect identifiers (such as name, e-mail address, company and telephone number when you submit a form), internet and network activity (such as pages visited, browser type and interactions with the site), and inferences drawn from that activity, for the purposes described in this statement. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this web site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Sale and sharing

Suppli does not sell personal information for money. Allowing advertising providers such as Google, LinkedIn and Meta to set cookies on our site so that our advertising can be measured and shown to you on other sites may, however, be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. The categories involved are identifiers and internet activity.

Your right to opt out

You can opt out of this sharing at any time by clicking the Your privacy choices link in the footer of every page and choosing Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, or by clicking the same button in the notice shown on your first visit. Opting out, or sending the Global Privacy Control browser signal, which we honor as a valid opt-out request, turns off the advertising tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and the other advertising providers listed above); our own analytics and customer relationship tools, which do not share your information for advertising, continue. If your browser sends the signal, no notice is shown. Your choice is stored in a cookie on your browser, so you will need to make it again on each browser or device you use, or after clearing cookies.

Your other rights

Subject to the exceptions in the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to have it deleted, to have inaccurate information corrected, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, e-mail support@gosuppli.com. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against the information we hold, and may ask for additional information for that purpose. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and ask you to confirm your identity directly.

Mobile Information & SMS Messaging

No mobile information (including phone numbers) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers and opt-in status collected as part of our SMS/text messaging program are used solely to operate that program — for example, to send scheduling confirmations, resource links, and responses to product questions.
