How does Suppli make my team’s lives easier?
We’ve built modern, simple tools to streamline your team’s collection workflows. Receive payments, create P2Ps, offer payment plans and create deposits in a matter of clicks. How does Suppli make my customers’ lives easier
Suppli let's your customers pay when and where they want - whether that be from the jobsite or the office.
What will my customers see?
With Suppli, your customers will have 24/7 access to their account via a branded customer portal. There’s no app to download and customers can login without a password using magic links.
Additionally, in just a few clicks, you can send a payment request or automated invoice reminder with a paylink that allows your customers to pay directly from a text or email. No login required.
Does Suppli integrate with my ERP / accounting system?
Yes – Suppli has built integrations to the leading ERPs and accounting systems. This allows customer, invoice and payments data to flow seamlessly, eliminates double entry and ensures your data is always in-sync.
How long does it take to go-live on Suppli?
Typically, our onboarding process (ERP integration, supplier training and customer communication) can be completed in a matter of weeks.
Is Suppli secure?
The security of your data is paramount to Suppli which is why our platform is built utilizing the latest enhanced security protocols.
Secure Connections
Suppli uses HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) connections for all of our services, including our APIs and supplier / customer portals.
Suppli’s API is designed to reject unencrypted HTTP connections and uses a Transport Security Layer (TLS) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to securely transport and transmit data. TLS and SSL are important as they help prevent payment card details and personally identifiable information (PII) from being exposed while in transit over an internet connection.
Encrypting Sensitive Data
Sensitive data is never rendered in plain-text. All of our customers' sensitive data is encrypted using complex cryptographic algorithms. Access to encryption keys is restricted to authorized Suppli personnel responsible for securing, operating, and maintaining the platform.
Tokenizing Payment Methods
Tokenization is the process of replacing sensitive data, such as credit card numbers, with non-sensitive strings of data that can be authenticated, decrypted, and translated by the provider of the token.
Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Suppli’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text payment method data but can request that payment method data is sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Suppli’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting payment method data runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Suppli’s primary services including our API and website.

Yes – Suppli allows you to process card or ACH deposit payments directly from your customers or to record external deposits made via check, cash, etc. without having to create an invoice first.
Can I offer payment plans with Suppli?
Yes – Suppli allows you to split an invoice(s) into multiple installments with just a few clicks. You can customize the date and amount of each installment payment. Once your customer approves the plan, each installment will automatically process per the plan’s schedule.
Can I pass-on payment processing fees to my customers?
Yes – Suppli allows you to implement a compliant surcharge fee of up to 3.0% on credit card payments. You can use custom triggers to dynamically charge fees only on payments on past due invoices and/or on payments over a certain amount.
When are payments funded into my bank account?
Card payments processed before 11pm ET are deposited into your bank account the next business day. ACH payments processed before 11PM ET are deposited into your bank account 1 to 4 business days later.
How much does Suppli cost?
The only costs for using Suppli are i) a small mark-up charged on all card and ACH payments processed through the platform (commonly referred to as “Interchange plus”); and ii) a flat monthly software fee. There are no complex per user or per invoice fees or other hidden charges.
Are there any implementation fees?
It depends – in some cases Suppli does not charge any implementation fees as long as your account remains active during the two years following your implementation date.
Are there any other per-user or “hidden fees”?
No – Suppli allows unlimited supplier and customer users out-of-the-box and there no additional fees to use the platform.
What is Interchange plus pricing?
Interchange plus is the term used to describe a merchant pricing model where a fixed markup is applied directly to the wholesale interchange fees charged by the underlying credit card and ACH networks. Interchange fees are non-negotiable and charged every time a payment is processed.
Interchange plus offers maximum transparency as Suppli’s mark-up on every transaction is clearly broken out. Suppli’s mark-up is reinvested into the platform to fund customer support and the development of new features.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No – Suppli's standard contract is one year long.
